Shipping Policy for Conterminous United States

Parcel orders (Parts and accessories) with a subtotal less than $100 will be charged a $24.95 shipping fee.

Parcel orders (Parts and accessories) with a subtotal of $100 or more will receive free shipping.

Hot tubs and swim spas will be charged a $500 Curbside Delivery fee.

Backyard Delivery is available (as an alternative option to Curbside
Delivery) at a price of $699. This option is not available for all
models; see the “Backyard Delivery” section below for additional
details.

Shipping Coverage

Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawai’i, Canada, U.S. territories, or any other country.

Returns

If you return or exchange any item, you must provide proof of
purchase and obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) number.

A valid return should be based on one of the following conditions and as per the requirements listed below:

After obtaining an RMA, you must ensure your return is adequately packaged for shipping, and is insured.

Clearly and legibly indicate the provided RMA number via a label
affixed to the package. Returns without an RMA will not receive a refund
of any kind.

We must receive your return within 100 days from the date of purchase.

Merchandise must be in original, salable condition and without cosmetic damage, or any other damage.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Customer is responsible for the safe return of the package, including shipping fees and insurance.

The spa must be made available at curbside and ready for pickup at the scheduled time and date.

Smartphone™ app with WiFi

Our in.touch 2™ is a smart control that can be installed in the hot tub
for smart devices Hot tubs equipped with the in.touch 2™ system provide
remote access via connection to your home’s Wi-Fi network. After
registration, you can easily track all error messages from Wellis hot
tub. This way, you can spot any product malfunctions that arise.

Energy-saving W-EC circulating pump

Very low power consumption water circulating pump. Its low
power consumption, long life, and quiet operation make it
environmentally friendly and cost-effective.

WPS frame

Immortality for the spa cabinet`s frame! The special polymer ensures
exceptional stability and life for the Spa’s structural frame –
protecting and extending the life of your investment even further.

Ozmix™ system (Ozone + mixer)

20% more effective than using ozone without a mixing chamber. Compared
to the disinfectant systems on the market, this system eliminates the
most bacteria.

Scandinavian Insulation

1.4 in of POLYFOAM boards has been installed into the spa’s holding
frame gap-free, instead of fastening them to the outer casing.

Smart-In Step System -optional

The 3kW heat pump can be stowed under the step. The heat pump can
operate from 23°F up to 104°F, which results in a 70-75% heating energy
saving. We have created storage compartments inside the stairs, and it
is also possible to charge mobile phones and light up around the steps.

LIGHTSIDE™ SPA CABINET

The LightSide™ cabinet system appears in PeakLife spas, which includes
hidden lighting under the corner elements, and an in-house developed LED
strip, which runs along the side cover of the hot tub.

INFINITY JET

The infinity jet makes the massage experience even more enjoyable by
massaging a larger portion of the body and doesn’t only move up and
down, it draws an infinite figure eight as it turns.

WOW SYSTEM

Wellis Optimized Waterflow Our improved electric water diverter provides
75% higher pressure with approx. 45% less energy consumption compared
to our previous models’ large manual diverter.

IN-LINE WIS SYSTEM

This useful, built-in accessory provides 24-hour monitoring of your spa’s water quality status via your smartphone.

CRYSTAL CLEAN SYSTEM

The new circulation jet has been designed to have 3 zones, where 2 zones
are pointed downwards to stir up the sand and dirt from the bottom of
the hot tub.

WATERFALL

Our new waterfall in the spa is made according to a renewed design and
creates the effect of a real waterfall. A unique appearance and a
perfectly functioning waterfall attribution.

LIGHT-ZONE SYSTEM

With the Light-zone system, you can adjust the light play of 3
predefined light therapy zones in your hot tub. ZONE 1: Well Light with
EvenLight Jets ZONE 2: Edge lighting, ZONE 3: Cabinet & corner

LIGHTING JETS

The new jets have an illuminated effect in Wellis PeakLife Premium spas,
